RESRC Studios is a shared creative space, and we ask that everyone who uses it treats it with respect, care, and consideration for others.

Please be mindful that your booking is part of a larger community of creators. We appreciate you leaving the space in a condition that allows the next renter to walk in and enjoy it just as you did.

Be kind to the space, the equipment, and the people around you. Respect the studio, communicate openly, and help us maintain an environment that is welcoming, clean, and easy for everyone to use.

We understand that plans can change. To keep the studio schedule fair and reliable for all renters, the following policy applies:

Bookings canceled 7 or more days before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or studio credit.

Bookings canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled start time are eligible for studio credit only.

Each booking may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge, subject to studio availability.

Reschedules requested at least 1 day before the booking must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.

Same-day reschedules are allowed when requested before the scheduled start time. Same-day reschedules must be used within 7 days of the original booking date.

No-shows, cancellations after the booking start time, late arrivals, and early departures are not eligible for a refund, credit, reschedule, or extended booking time.

Add-ons, special requests, and setup-related fees may be non-refundable if canceled or changed last-minute.

Your booking time includes your setup, shoot time, breakdown, cleanup, and load-out.

Renters may enter the studio at their scheduled start time. Early entry is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.

Renters must be fully packed up, cleaned up, and out of the studio by the scheduled end time.

Late arrivals do not extend the booking end time.

If additional time is needed, overtime must be approved before the booking ends and is subject to studio availability.

Unapproved overtime may result in additional charges and may affect future booking privileges.

Access instructions will be provided before your booking.

Studio access is only for the renter and approved guests included with the booking. Please do not share access codes with anyone outside your booking.

Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.

The roll-up door may be used for load-in and load-out when appropriate, but must be closed when not actively being used.

Please do not block neighboring businesses, driveways, dumpsters, or common access areas.

Keep noise reasonable during arrival, load-in, load-out, and departure, especially for evening or after-hours bookings.

Please leave the studio reasonably clean and ready for the next renter.

Before leaving, renters are expected to:

- Throw away trash

- Remove all personal items

- Wipe up spills

- Return furniture, props, and equipment to where they were found

- Place used items back neatly

- Report any spills, damage, missing items, or equipment issues

Excessive mess, stains, damage, or failure to reset the space may result in an additional cleaning or reset fee.

To keep the studio safe, clean, and easy to use, all renters and guests must follow these rules:

- No smoking or vaping inside the studio

- No open flames

- No glitter, confetti, powder, sand, fake snow, paint, smoke bombs, or messy materials without prior approval

- No nails, screws, staples, or adhesives on walls, floors, ceilings, or furniture without approval

- Music must stay at a reasonable volume

- Children must be supervised at all times

- Renter is responsible for the behavior and safety of all guests

- No illegal, unsafe, disruptive, or damaging activity

- Furniture and props may be moved carefully but must be returned before the booking ends

RESRC Studios reserves the right to stop any activity that is unsafe, damaging, disruptive, or outside the approved use of the space.

Included equipment, furniture, and props may be used during the booking unless otherwise noted.

Equipment must be handled safely and returned to its original location before the booking ends.

Do not force, modify, repair, disassemble, or remove equipment from the studio.

Pro lighting upgrades, specialty equipment, and certain add-ons must be booked and paid for before use.

If something is not working properly, please stop using it and report the issue right away.

Renters are responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsafe handling, or failure to follow instructions.

RESRC Studios includes access to standard paper backdrops as listed with the booking.

Included paper backdrops are intended for reasonable use during the booking.

We do not charge for normal use or for getting paper dirty during your shoot. However, excessive or unnecessary waste of paper may result in a usage or replacement fee.

Do not cut paper unless instructed or approved by RESRC Studios.

Paper that is excessively unrolled, heavily marked beyond normal use, torn, stained, or damaged may result in a replacement or usage fee.

Color Paper Backdrop Add-Ons, specialty colors, 4’ rolls, 9’ rolls, and 12’ rolls may have different availability, pricing, and usage rules.

Please confirm backdrop needs before your booking if you require a specific color, size, or setup.

The renter is responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive mess, or policy violations caused by the renter or their guests.

Damage or missing items may be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Please report any damage, spills, broken items, missing items, or equipment issues before leaving the studio.

Failure to report damage or issues may result in additional fees and may affect future booking privileges.

Food and drinks are allowed but must be cleaned up before the booking ends.

Alcohol is not allowed unless specifically approved in advance for an approved event or production.

Pets and animals require prior approval.

Messy shoot concepts require prior approval. This includes anything involving liquids, oils, powders, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, fake snow, smoke, fog, food mess, or materials that may stain, scratch, shed, or leave residue.

Renters are responsible for any additional cleaning, damage, or reset required due to food, drinks, animals, or messy shoot materials.

Standard studio bookings are intended for photo and video shoots.

Events, classes, workshops, meetups, and larger group uses may require approval before booking.

Additional rules, staffing, setup requirements, cleaning requirements, or fees may apply for events, classes, or larger groups.

Renters must accurately describe the intended use of the studio when booking.

RESRC Studios reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reclassify a booking if the actual use of the space does not match the booking type or creates additional operational requirements.

The renter is responsible for the studio, equipment, furniture, props, guests, and overall conduct during the booking.

Please use the space respectfully and leave it ready for the next renter.

RESRC Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
