The Main Studio is a 1,000 sq. ft. photo and video shooting space designed to give photographers, videographers, brands, and creative teams more room to work without unnecessary sets or a fixed aesthetic.
Use the open floor plan for portraits, headshots, branding sessions, fashion, product photography, interviews, content creation, and small video productions. Included lighting, grip equipment, and paper backdrops make it easy to arrive, set up, and start creating.
Every booking also includes access to the Daylight Room, changing room, makeup area, kitchenette, restroom, and common areas throughout our 1,800 sq. ft. studio.

SIMPLE HOURLY RATES
Your Full Studio booking includes access to the Main Studio, Daylight Room, and shared prep areas throughout our 1,800 sq. ft. studio. Rates decrease for longer bookings, so you can reserve the time you need without paying for unnecessary extras.

AFTER-HOURS SESSIONS (BEFORE 7AM OR AFTER 9 PM
We know some shoots need a little extra flexibility. While our normal studio hours are 7am to 9pm, we can sometimes accommodate sessions that start earlier, end later, or span both normal hours and after-hours.
Here’s how it works:
The online booking system only allows bookings fully within normal hours
If your booking would extend into after-hours, it will need to be scheduled manually
After-hours sessions are available by request and subject to availability
A higher after-hours rate applies
If your project requires time before 7am, after 9pm, or a mix of both, just reach out. We’re happy to walk through your needs and help coordinate an after-hours booking when possible.
Please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability and after-hours rates.
MULTI-DAY SHOOTS
Some projects require more than a single day. Multi-day shoots are welcome and can be accommodated with custom scheduling and pricing based on your needs.
Ideal for campaigns, extended productions, or multi-day content creation
Consistent setup across days can be arranged when scheduled in advance
Custom rates available depending on duration and scope

DON'T SEE THE TIME YOU NEED?
Some existing renters may have flexibility to adjust their booking time. Contact us with your preferred date, start time, and rental length, and we can ask whether they are open to moving their reservation.
Changes are not guaranteed and will only be made with the existing renter’s approval.
